This guide helps ensure that your coverage fits your trip plan and that you complete all required steps correctly.

1. Choose the Correct Travel Dates

When entering travel dates on VisitorsCoverage:

• Start Date = Day you leave your home country

• End Date = Day you return home

• You may add 1–5 extra buffer days in case of delayed return
  (recommended for international flights)

VisitorsCoverage policies are flexible, but the dates must fully cover your travel period.

2. No Account Required

You do not need to register an account.

Simply:

• Click the purchase link provided

• Enter your traveler details

• Choose your plan

• Pay & receive your policy instantly by email

3. Required Traveler Information

Prepare the following:

• Full name (as on passport)

• Date of birth

• Passport number

• Email address (policy will be delivered here)

• Home address (for issuing the certificate)

No sponsor letter or additional documents are required.

4. Plan Categories

6. Refund Policy

VisitorsCoverage refund policy is different from AXA Schengen.

✔ Full refund available BEFORE policy start date

You can request a 100% refund if the policy has not started yet.

✔ Partial refund AFTER start date (case-by-case)

If the policy start date has already passed and:

• You have already entered the destination country, or

• You have used part of the coverage

Refund will be prorated (minus admin fee).
This depends on each insurer’s rules.

❌ No refund if:

• A claim has been filed

• The full policy period has passed

• The insurer determines that benefits have started
