1. About This Service

VISAdocs.id provides Global Travel Document Assistance, including:

• Flight reservations with real PNR (issued via Galileo GDS)

• Hotel reservations for visa applications

• Travel itineraries

• Travel insurance summary documents

All documents provided are valid as visa supporting documents.
VISAdocs.id serves clients worldwide.

2. Flight Reservation Service (GDS – Live PNR)

What You Will Receive

When you request a flight reservation, VISAdocs.id will issue:

1. A valid flight reservation with a real PNR code, generated through Galileo GDS

2. A detailed itinerary (airline, route, date, time)

3. A document suitable for all major visa applications

4. Optional: Secure credit-card payment link for full ticket purchase

   • VISAdocs will send you a payment link if you wish to convert the reservation into a fully issued ticket

Important Notes:

• Full ticketing (e-ticket number) only happens once full payment is completed.

• Payment link supports international credit/debit cards.

• Payment links are issued directly by VISAdocs upon request.

• Until ticketed, the reservation remains in “PNR on-hold” status based on airline TTL (time-limit).

Flight Reservation Policy

• Reservation is created using global GDS systems commonly used by airlines and travel agencies.

• PNR can be verified on the airline’s website (if supported by that airline).

• Some low-cost carriers may not display GDS PNR online, but itinerary remains valid.

• Reservations may auto-expire if not ticketed within the airline’s time limit.

• Payment link must be paid before the time limit expires if you want the ticket fully issued.

Pricing Policy (International)

• Base rate: USD $10 per passenger

• Discounts available for 3+ passengers

• Applies to one-way, round-trip, and multi-city itineraries

• Special or complex routes may include additional charges

3. Hotel Reservation for Visa Applications

VISAdocs.id provides valid hotel reservations with guest name and correct travel dates.

What You Receive:

• A valid hotel reservation confirmation

• Check-in/check-out dates aligned with your flight itinerary

Policy:

• Some properties require prepayment; others allow pay-at-hotel options

• Reference numbers vary depending on hotel system

4. Travel Insurance Documents (Visa Preparation)

We provide insurance summary documents that match embassy visa requirements.

What You Receive:

• Coverage details

• Travel dates

• Policy summary

• Area of coverage

This is a pre-purchase preview, not an active policy.
Full policy activation is available upon request.

5. Pro Tips for Visa Applicants

• Request your travel documents 1–3 days before your visa appointment

• Most embassies only require reservations, not final/non-refundable tickets

• Schengen visas require minimum €30,000 coverage (we can assist)

• Always print all documents before attending your appointment

• VISAdocs.id is a document preparation service, not an airline, hotel, or insurer

• Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the embassy

• All service fees are non-refundable once documents are issued
