2. What is considered a “Special Visa”
Some visa categories are more complex and usually require a tailored document strategy, for example:
– UK Global Talent Visa
– UK Skilled Worker / Health & Care Worker
– Canada Express Entry (FSW, CEC, FST – document preparation only)
– Australia Skilled Visa (189 / 190 / 491) or Global Talent (GTI)
– Entrepreneur / Startup / Investor visas (Portugal D2, Talent Passport, Golden Visa, etc.)
– Family settlement / partner visas (UK spouse, Canada family sponsorship, Australia partner, etc.)
